Emmy Boonsakulcharoen
FOUNDER
Social Impact Communication ExpertEmmy spent her entire career helping non-profits, development agencies, and corporations drive their social impact missions throughout Southeast Asia. She had her dream job helping organizations like the United Nations, Facebook and Google but she was making positive impact at the expense of her own wellbeing. She knew something had to change. Using her professional experience and personal journey, she birthed Prakaya in the hopes of revolutionizing the way we feel at work across all industries while providing mental health support for those in need.

Pan Roque
PROGRAMMES AND POLICY DIRECTOR
Policy & Corporate Engagement ExpertPan has worked on forced labor and human trafficking issues for eight years at Verité, a non-profit that helps businesses and governments work towards fair and legal labor worldwide. He specialised in social auditing, research, special investigations, and business consulting to help companies improve governance and labor risk prevention, mitigation, and remediation. He just recently completed a Master in Public Policy at Oxford, and is passionate about Business & Human Rights.

Dr. Jen Kitil
SCIENTIFIC DIRECTOR
Mental Wellbeing & Human Development ExpertDr. M. Jennifer Kitil is a Research Associate in Social & Emotional Learning at the Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP). She earned her PhD in Human Development at the University of British Columbia, and BA in Psychology and MPH in Community Health Sciences from UCLA. During the past two decades, she has conducted research in the area of mindfulness practices and social and emotional well-being in children, youth, and adults, and has worked with various organizations, including the OECD, UNESCO, and CASEL
